Day 01 – Tribhuvan International Airport to Kathmandu – Arrival in Kathmandu | Welcome to the Himalayan Gateway |
Upon arrival at the Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, complete the immigration process at the airport. Meet our local representative who will help you in your transfer to the hotel. Complete the check-in formalities and rest for some time. The rest of the day is at leisure for you to explore Kathmandu – the political capital and cultural heart of Nepal. Overnight stay at the hotel in Kathmandu. |
Day 02 – Kathmandu to Chitwan – Transfer |
After breakfast, we will drive to Chitwan, lunch at hotel.
Tharu Culture Dance: The locals living in the villages of Chitwan performing a dance showcasing the culture, art, and lifestyle of themselves is what is in store for your welcome and is called the Tharu dance. The local performers wearing their ethnic dresses perform and welcome you to know their culture, their place and themselves well by performing the dance prominently using Dhols and Tharu sticks throughout the performance. Overnight stay at Chitwan. |
Day 03 – Chitwan to Pokhara – Sightseeing & Transfer |
Breakfast – Elephant back ride safari/Jeep Safari (Optional) – The elephant ride is also the safest way to enter the jungle while one can observe wild animals and birds from up-close – hotel check out – transfer to Pokhara approx 150 km takes 5 hours by surface – hotel check-in – night stay at Pokhara

Day 04 – Pokhara to Pokhara – Sightseeing in Pokhara |
Post breakfast in the morning, get ready to explore Pokhara. Start off by visiting the picturesque Phewa Lake which is lined with the snow-clad peaks of the Annapurna range. You can choose to visit the Barahi temple located on an island in the middle of the lake by taking up a boat ride (at your own cost). Next, visit the oldest temple of the Pokhara Valley – the Bindabasini Temple which is dedicated to the Hindu goddess Durga, who is Pokhara’s chosen guardian deity. Later, visit Devi’s Falls which is also known as the underground waterfall as it creates a 500 feet long underground tunnel to reach its bottom. Further, the downstream of Devi’s waterfall is connected to the holy Gupteshwar Cave that houses a Shiv Lingam inside. Feel a sense of peace as you walk through the caves admiring the rock formations inside. Spend the rest of the evening by the lake, shop from local stores around the area, or get your hands on some delicious local delicacies. The landscape of the Annapurna & Machhapuchhre mountain range might make you want to stay back in Nepal. |
Day 05 – Pokhara to Kathmandu – Transfer back to Kathmandu |
After breakfast, you would be transferred by flight to Kathmandu. On arrival, check in to the hotel. Rest of the day free for personal activities like exploring Thamel, a major shopping hub, on your own. Overnight stay at the hotel in Kathmandu |

Limitation of Liability:
We shall not, under any circumstances, be liable to the client or any accompanying persons for:
a) Injuries and Losses: Any death, personal injury, illness, accident, loss, delay, discomfort, increased expenses, consequential loss, and/or damage, including any form of theft, regardless of how it is caused.
b) Acts of Third Parties: Any act, omission, or default by any independent contractor, service provider, or their employees or agents engaged in providing accommodation, meals, transportation, or services to the client or any accompanying person, regardless of how it is caused.
c) Baggage and Personal Effects: Temporary or permanent loss of, or damage to, baggage or personal effects, regardless of the cause, including willful negligence by any party.
d) Force Majeure: Any damages or losses incurred by the client due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to Force Majeure events.
e) Liability Cap: Our liability, arising in any way out of this contract concerning any tour, holiday, or excursion, shall not exceed the total amount paid or agreed to be paid for the services provided.
